Terms of Service

You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account or use Bestie. We enforce an age gate during signup. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you are 18 or older. Accounts found to be held by anyone under 18 will be terminated immediately.

Bestie is designed strictly for platonic friendship, supportive conversation, and shared interests. It is not a dating service. Using Bestie for romantic solicitation, sexual advances, hookups, or commercial dating funnels violates our purpose and will result in immediate account suspension.

You retain full ownership of the text, photos, and messages you submit to Bestie. You grant us a limited, non-exclusive license solely to host, store, display, and transmit your content as required to operate the app. We do not sell your content, and we do not use your private messages to train artificial intelligence models.

You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited behaviors:

• Harassment, stalking, bullying, or hate speech toward any member.
• Uploading automated, bot-generated, or copy-pasted artificial content.
• Pressuring others to reveal personal identity or photos from their private Vault.
• Doxxing, screenshotting, or redistributing private items shared in chat.
• Selling goods, promoting business funnels, or sending affiliate spam.
• Attempting to bypass safety filters, rate limits, or account suspensions.

Core matching and conversations are free forever. Supporter memberships and tips are completely voluntary. Payments provide cosmetic badges and help keep our servers running. Paying never grants higher matching priority, boosted placement, or influence over the matching engine.

6. Account Termination

You may stop using Bestie and delete your account at any time through your settings. We reserve the right to suspend or ban accounts that violate these Terms or our Community Guidelines to protect the safety of the community.
